Hiking and trekking

Spain enjoys an excellent climate throughout the year. A feature that allows you to play sports outdoors even in winter, and to know the different landscapes that make up the country.
Among enchanted valleys, medieval bridges, Roman roads, castles, rivers and lakes, Spain offers many possibilities for lovers of nature, trekking or hiking.
For those who practice for the first time hiking it is recommended to dress comfortably and appropriately according to season (in winter for example: waterproof boots, waterproof jacket); and to take an appropriate equipment: backpack, water bottle, sunscreen, flashlight, some medicine and a map of the area.
In all autonomous communities of Spain are natural paths that allow you to enjoy a wonderful sportive holiday.
